Spec
Agreed Oct 8 (#51). The last step of setup, after the starting balance: a few questions that turn on only the categories that fit. Nothing is deleted; the rest start hidden.
What each answer turns on

Everything else is on for everyone: income, Home payments (Rent or mortgage), Utilities, Phone & internet, Groceries, Health, Insurance (home or renters, life), Dining out, Shopping, Entertainment, Personal care, Gifts, Savings, Taxes (income), Other spending, Bank fees, Transfers, Credit card payment.
Behavior
- Multi-select chips (toggle buttons, aria-pressed), none chosen at first. The count line updates as chips change: "You'll start with N of 72 categories."
- Continue hides the categories the answers didn't turn on. Skip, show them all keeps all 72 visible.
- Shown once, to new people only. People who signed up before it never see it.
Finding hidden categories later
- The category picker ends with a "Show more categories" line when anything is hidden; it adds the hidden ones to the list, under their groups.
- Typing the name of a hidden category shows it as a normal match (not "Create"). Choosing it makes it visible again.
- A Categories page in Settings (rename, hide, move) comes later, as its own issue.
